VIPASSANA (INSIGHT) MEDITATION CLASS, Tuesdays 10-12. First hour is instruction in sitting, walking and/or lovingkindess (metta) meditation, meditation, and discussion. Second hour is a dharma talk by teacher Jem Mara and discussion. This is a warm, welcoming and growing group of experienced and beginning meditators. No charge, donations welcome.
