30+ minutes of warm-up music, followed by your dance journey and then a closing circle. 

(Body Choir is a community led improvisational dance event, with music offered that is designed to lead you through a diverse and full spectrum exploration of yourself, your body and the moment. 

No skills necessary, just an open mind and an open heart)
